Munich, June 19,2023 - The Munich-based AI robotics company robominds will present its latest AI-based robotics solutions for the industry at the automatica trade fair in Munich from June 27 to 30. With the robobrain® starter kit, smart out-of-the-box solutions for various processes and more highlights, visitors will learn how to get started with AI robotics easily.
It's that time again: from June 27 to 30, automatica 2023 will open its doors in Munich and presents the latest trends in automation. A key topic this year is the application potential of Artificial Intelligence in the industry. Appropriately, this year’s robominds booth (B4.500) is all about robobrain®: the brain that gives industrial robots human intelligence. As a pioneer in AI robotics, robominds will present use cases from various application areas to show what is already possible today with the use of AI in the industry - and what will be possible in the future.
What the industry needs now are flexible, scalable solutions to remain competitive in times of skills shortages and increasing product diversity. "Artificial Intelligence is seen by most companies as a clear opportunity, but reservations still often prevent the implementation. Automation with AI must therefore above all be simple and universally applicable. This is exactly where we come into play with our patented robobrain® technology," says Tobias Rietzler, founder and CEO of robominds. Christian Fenk, CSO at robominds, adds, "With the robobrain® Starter Kit and customized bundles, we will present ready-to-use solutions for processes such as order-picking, KLT handling or machine loading at automatica 2023. Experience yourself at robomind's booth how easy it can be to get started with AI robotics!"
At the heart of every application is robobrain® - the brain that gives industrial robots human intelligence and combines Artificial Intelligence, vision and smart skills. Through the individual use of AI skills, robobrain® delivers the flexibility needed to efficiently automate rigid processes. In combination with AI skills, robots can thus learn a wide variety of skills and flexibly and efficiently master challenges in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce and automotive. Thanks to its open interfaces, robobrain® can be combined with various robot arms from FANUC, Universal Robots, Robco and other robotics components such as vision systems or grippers. Visitors to the booth can experience robomind's AI skills live, using different use cases for various processes – and have their own individual portrait made by the newly developed Paintbot 2.0. In the AI Starter Corner, insights into the "black box" of AI will be provided: In an exchange with the experts from robominds, visitors can test for themselves how easy it is to give robots different abilities with robobrain® and thus smartly automate different processes in just a short time.
Those who want to discover more of robobrain®'s diverse applications beyond the robominds booth will also find what they are looking for on other booths at the automatica: At a total of 6 different stations, robominds partners FANUC, NEXT Robotics, Piab, Robotnik, United Robotics Group and Zimmer Group will present further robotics solutions that they have created using the robobrain® technology.
